All of my coaching programs include fully tailored nutrition planning designed to support goals like weight loss, strength training, and improved well-being. You’ll receive a custom meal plan and shopping list based on foods available in supermarkets — making healthy eating easy and accessible. If emotional eating is something you face, I’ll also give you the mindset tools to build a healthier relationship with food and stay consistent over time.
